Welcome

DepEd Forms will be readily available anytime when you need it most. Spreadsheet App helps Teacher Advisers accomplish all forms and also LIS Coordinators report erroneous data in the Learner Information System (LIS).

Spreadsheet App emulates MS Excel. Developed to accomplish DepEd School Forms for Senior High School (SHS), Junior High School (JHS), Elementary School (ESC), Kinder (KDR) and Alternative Learning System (ALS) being prepared by respective Teacher Advisers.

Spreadsheet App contains improved DepEd Forms that can accommodate 40-Male and 40-Female students, ready to print, automatic computations, protected, easily export forms to pdf / image file formats, store forms in one environment and teacher friendly. This version is for Senior High School (SHS).

Teacher Advisers will never be intimidated with excel again - where some forms are scattered, lost or destroyed in preparing DepEd School Forms.

Spreadsheet App integrates some Forms created by DepEd and other entities - credits goes to their respective developers. The main goal of the app is to provide Teacher Advisers to work on their forms in one environment in an effective and efficient manner.

Note: Spreadsheet App does not intend to replace DepEd Systems. This is just for the consumption of Teacher Advisers to easily collate all forms in one environment and to easily prepare and accomplish forms as mandated by DepEd.

Setting Up

Extract the downloaded EXE file and Setup on PC

• Open SpreadsheetApp-SHS.exe
• Follow Spreadsheet App Setup Notes as indicated in the image below.
