Workshops

During the workshop...

Participants will be guided properly how to use the system accomplishing the different DepEd School Forms, addressing all the difficulties, concerns and recommend best practices in carrying out DepEd School Forms. Workshop duration options: 4 hrs (half day), 8 hrs (1 day), 16 hrs (2 days) and 24 hrs (3 days).

In some cases that workshop will not be possible, just read the instructional manual in the read me sections after acquiring a copy of the Spreadsheet App Software or you may watch some basic video tutorials at the download section.

Face to Face Workshop

If your school is willing to avail the services offered by Spreadsheet App you can invite the developer to conduct the workshop in your school.

Requirements:

1. Request the developer through the Department of Education School's Division Superintendent, DepEd Division of Iloilo City, thru channel the Principal Ramon Avanceña National High School.
2. Properly state the purpose, needs and concerns to be addressed.
3. Date and time must be at the most convenient schedule of both parties.
4. You must shoulder the travelling expenses of the Resource Person.
5. Provide conducive venue for the Workshop (access to the internet - optional).
6. All participants must provide their own PC or Laptop with the following minimum specs or higher: Windows 10 OS, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and higher, 14" monitor with 1366 x 768 resolution and with the minimum RAM of 8GB

Online Workshop

If your school is willing to avail the services offered by Spreadsheet App, you can book for a scheduled online workshop for your school for an unlimited number of participants. One of the benefits of having online workshop is to receive a copy of the minutes of the workshop.

Requirements:

1. Request the developer properly stating the purpose, needs and concerns to be addressed.
2. Schedule must be at the most convenient date and time of both parties.
3. Stable broadband access to the internet because we will be communicating thru advanced meeting technology software called MeetingSphere (www.meetingsphere.com).
4. All participants must provide their own PC or Laptop with the following minimum specs or higher: Windows 10 OS, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and higher, 14" monitor with 1366 x 768 resolution and with the minimum RAM of 8GB
5. Latest version of Chrome browser

Link to Online Workshop  - This is an open online meeting using MeetingSphere Software, explore the environment to become familiar during the conduct of the Online Workshop. There you can chat with other participants / visitors in the Lobby as you login providing your name and email, explore the Brainstorm workspace, leave some ideas or comment or respond on someone else's ideas or comments; until the Facilitator arrive / logged in the meeting to collate all ideas for a scheduled Discussion and if possible Rate some ideas to form a consensus.

Online Face to Face Workshop

If you want to document every step of the way during the conduct of the workshop in your station choose this option.

Requirements:

1. Request the developer through the Department of Education School's Division Superintendent, DepEd Division of Iloilo City, thru channel the Principal Ramon Avanceña National High School.
2. Properly state the purpose, needs and concerns to be addressed. 
3. Date and time must be at the most convenient schedule of both parties.
4. You must shoulder the travelling expenses of the Resource Person.
5. Provide conducive venue for the Workshop
6. Stable broadband access to the internet because we will be communicating thru advanced meeting technology software called MeetingSphere (www.meetingsphere.com) even we are all gathered in one venue.
7. All participants must provide their own PC or Laptop with the following minimum specs or higher: Windows 10 OS, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and higher, 14" monitor with 1366 x 768 resolution and with the minimum RAM of 8GB, wired or wireless internet access ready.
8. The entire duration of the workshop will run on MeetingSphere Software environment.
