Spreadsheet App is beneficial to all Teachers

Non-class advisers can skip some other forms because they are not required to prepare. But they have the option to use all forms because may be someday they will become class advisers too - they can treat their specialization / major subject teaching load as their advisory class.

Spreadsheet App is designed for multi-user in a stand alone PC with a one user at a time limitation. The developer is aiming to develop a DepEd power toolbox for teachers to address teacher related school records concerns.

Below are the forms that are integrated into the App:
  1. Master List - non-class advisers may utilize this form for the purpose of easy sorting of names which will be then manually copied to Electronic Class Record (ECR)
  2. Class Program - non-class advisers will skip advisory class program, will fill out only Teachers Schedule to easily identify teaching loads for the production of blank ECR.
  3. Planner - it is very useful to prepare and store all your day-by-day teaching resources. If shared to students it serves as class module.
  4. SF1 School Register - non-class advisers can skip this or if they wanted to gather more information about to their students in specialized / major subject they are free to do so.
  5. SF2 Daily Attendance - non-class advisers may use it only to their students in specialized / major subject.
  6. SF3 Books Issued and Returned - non-class advisers may use it only to their students in specialized / major subject if they issued a book to them.
  7. SF5A and SF5B - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  8. SF8 - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  9. Grade Sheets - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  10. Summary of Grades - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  11. Learner Observed Values - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  12. Awards and Recognition and its Sub menus for the production of Award Certificates and Diplomas - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  13. ECR (Electronic Class Record) - all teachers are required to have one.
  14. SF9 - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
  15. SF10 - this can be skipped by non-class advisers.
