Agreement

Upon securing a copy of Spreadsheet App and using this website you agree to be bounded by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before using My Application- "Spreadsheet App" and this website.

If you do not agree to the terms and condition of this Agreement, do not store a copy and do not use the Application and this website.

License

Spreadsheet App grants are revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application  and this website available to any third party.

b) the software cannot be copied and sold by anyone, nor can the fundamental programming of the software be changed to alter the performance of the application and this website.
Reverse engineering is prohibited and is punishable by law.

Modifications to Application

Spreadsheet App reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect unless you terminate the services and by the Spreadsheet App provider.

Spreadsheet App may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Spreadsheet App's Developer, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your device (PC, Laptop etc.).

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your device (PC, Laptop etc.).

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

The Spreadsheet App's developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Spreadsheet App's developer sole discretion.
